From the Berlinale/European Film Market to the Cannes Film Festival/Marché du Film, to Busan and beyond, there are a plethora of exciting annual events in film and TV. We’ve created these free resources to keep you up to date with industry events and save time as you strategize your attendance.
The Film Festival and Market Calendars are google calendars with our curated list of events, separated by Festival or Markets & Conferences. Events are kept up to date with information like registration or ticket links, event descriptions, and other resources. You will be reminded of each event 4 weeks in advance.
The Film Festival and Market Planning Doc is a google spreadsheet which you can use to keep track of the various annual events, and plan your attendance. One way to use this sheet is to create a copy and share the document with your decision makers, to add their notes about which events they feel are worth attending in the year ahead. However you decide to use this sheet, we hope we can save you some time by keeping track of the major events all in one place.
The events included in our festival and market resources are as follows:
Festivals:
South by Southwest, Series Mania, the Hong Kong International Film Festival, Festival de Cannes, Hot Docs, Tribeca, Banff, Venice Internaional Film Festival, the Teluride Film Festival, TIFF, BFI London, BIFF, the Tokyo International Film Festival, and the Berlinale
Markets/ Conferences:
South by Southwest, Series Mania Forum, MIPTV, Marché du Film, IBC, MIPCOM Cannes, American Film Market, Content London, Ventana Sur, MIP Cancun, atf: Asia TV Forum & Market, MIP Cancun, and Kidscreen
