Getting Around the New American Film Market

The market’s location has changed. So where is everything else? The good news is - not much has changed. As you review the market’s essential locations, you will notice a number of familiar names and locations. After all, Le Méridien is just a stone's throw from the familiar Loews hotel. The AFM Sessions

Just a block away from Le Méridien you’ll find the Hilton, where AFM sessions will be taking place. You can find the Sessions schedule on the AFM site, or the AFM23 app, which we will cover in greater detail later in this guide.

Screenings

Market screenings will take place in any of four locations, AMC Santa Monica, Broadway Cineplex (AMC Broadway 4), and Laemmle Monica Film Center, or the market’s On Demand Theatre, accessible via the AFM Screening App.

AFM Hotels

Outside of Le Méridien, there are a number of hotels associated with the market. These can only be booked through the official AFM site for reservations taking place over the course of the market. These will be used by AFM attendees for accommodations, and several offer meeting spaces as well. A full list of AFM associated hotels can be found here.
